Be it known to those present and those to come, we, William de Hall, formerly parson of the church of Caldebek, William Ryngros, Vicar of the Church of Stanewykes, John Mason, Chaplain, and Robert de Musgrave, Chaplain,
have given, conceded, and by this our present indenture have confirmed to Robert de Blenerhayset, son of Alan de Blenerhayset, and Elena his wife, and the heirs of their bodies
all the land and tenements, with their appurtenances, called Paryngland (Peryngland?) [ hole ] and also four acres of land above Knockdonwald, and one acre and a half of land of Barbrade, and one acre called Enge acre,
[ erasure ] which formerly were [of] John Wyrschip, in the vill and territory of Caldekotez and Caldewstanes, to have and to hold all the forementioned land and tenements to the said Robert de Blenerhayset, and Elena his wife, and their heirs of their bodies of the chief lord of the fee for the services owed and accustomed.
And if it befall the foresaid Robert, and Elena his wife, shall die without heirs of their bodies that then all the aforesaid lands and tenements, with all their appurtenances should remain to the heirs of the body of the said Robert to hold of the chief lords of the fee for services owed and accustomed,
And if the said Robert de Blenerhayset without heirs of his body shall die, that then all the aforementioned land and tenements, with all appurtenances, shall remain to the said Alan de Blenerhayset, and heirs of his body to hold of the chief lord of the fee for the services owed and accustomed.
And if the said Alan shall die without heirs of his body that then all the aforesaid lands and tenements, with their appurtenances, shall remain to Robert de Blenerhayset, the brother of the foresaid Alan, and the heirs of his body to hold of the chief lord of the fee for the services owed and accustomed.
And if it happen the said Robert, brother of the said Alan, die without heirs of his body that then all the forementained land and tenements, with their appurtenances, shall remain to Richard de Mulcastre and the heirs of his body to hold of the chief lord of the fee for the services owed and accustomed.
And if the said Richard die without heirs of his body that then all the said land and tenements, and their appurtenances, shall remain to the right heirs of Cecilia de Blenerhayset, to hold of the chief lords of the fee for the services owed and accusatomed.
And we truly, the aforesaid William de Hall, William Ryngros, John Mason, and Robert Musgrave and our heirs, all the aforesaid lands and tenements, with their appurtenances, to the aforesaid Robert de Blenerhayset, and Elena, his wife, and the heirs of their bodies [against ?] all men will warrant and defend.
